DELIVERY

Orders are released for shipping after the payment method has been confirmed or receipt of payment has been registered. The stated delivery times are valid from the day following the payment order, assuming normal order volume. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Parcels within Germany and Europe are delivered by our shipping service provider DHL. International shipments are handled by DHL Premium Shipping.
