How can I return or exchange products?
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, or if an item doesn't fit, you can return it to the delivery address below within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to exchange an item, you can simply return it and reorder. This way, you can immediately see if the item you want is still available.
We will generally refund goods returned on time, provided they meet the following conditions, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.
Please note that we can only accept returns of unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please ensure that you do not remove any labels or soil any items. The item must not show any signs of wear, and the quality label must still be attached.
Please enclose the completed return slip/delivery note or a similar note with your shipment. If the return slip is missing or incomplete, the return may not be processed.
How is the refund processed?
Once your return arrives at our logistics center, it will usually be processed within 1 to 2 weeks.
For refunds for orders paid in advance, the amount will be credited to your checking account. Depending on bank processing times, it may take up to five business days for the money to be credited to your account. For PayPal payments, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.
For orders paid by bank transfer or credit card, we will refund the payment to your PayPal account. The refund process can take up to 21 days and is beyond our control. If you have any problems, please contact PayPal directly.
Important
If you order clothes from us and they come from the Switzerland or another third country to Germany, please mark the package as Returned goods or Return of goods or attach the customs declaration (CN22 or CN23). Also include a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt to prove the origin of the goods. Please note that the return can only be processed duty-free if it is properly labeled and documented.
What should I do in the event of a warranty claim?

We're happy to help with warranty or guarantee issues. Please send us an email with pictures of the damage to: support@7poundsclo.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
The warranty period for purchased products is 24 months and begins upon delivery of the goods. Damage due to natural wear and tear or improper use is excluded from the warranty.
Beyond the statutory warranty provisions, no guarantees are provided with regard to the goods or services delivered, unless a guarantee is expressly granted in writing.
Special notes
Your right of withdrawal according to our General Terms and Conditions expires prematurely if the contract is fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
